Delete from the mobile app

Sign in to the My Client Wave app, open Profile → Delete Account, confirm with your password, and your account is deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app, submit the form with the email address and phone number on your account. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account is deleted immediately, you are signed out on all devices, and we email you a confirmation.
• Your user profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo and login details) is permanently removed after 30 days.
• If you are the account owner, your company workspace is closed immediately, all of its users lose access, and your subscription will not renew. After 30 days the company profile and the profiles of all its users are permanently removed.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days and we can restore your account.

What may be retained

• Billing and invoice records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
